Booking & Attendance Policy At Paisley Heritage SCIO, we’re here to bring people together through Paisley’s rich and vibrant story. To help us make every session a great experience for everyone, we’ve set out a few simple booking guidelines. Whether you're signing up for a heritage walk, workshop, or community event, these policies help us prepare, welcome you properly, and make sure spaces are shared fairly. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly — it’s all part of preserving the spirit of Paisley for future generations. Booking Policy Please book your session at least 24 hours in advance so we can get everything ready. Need a last-minute spot? Drop us a message — we’ll always do our best to help. You’ll get a confirmation by email or SMS once your booking is confirmed. Cancellation Policy We understand plans can change! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. This gives us a chance to offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may not be refundable. If something unexpected comes up, just get in touch — we’re always happy to chat. Waitlist Policy If a session is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. Should a place open up, we’ll contact you by email or SMS. Spaces are offered in order of who joined the waitlist — please respond quickly if you’d like to accept.
